Refund Policy
Full refund: Available for cancellations made on or before 31 August.

50% refund: Available for cancellations made between 1 September and 13 September (inclusive).

No refunds: Cancellations made from 14 September onwards are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to make changes to your booking due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, please contact the CJam Stomp team directly. While we cannot guarantee a refund or transfer, we will do our best to assist where possible.
