Refunds: Refunds are not available after the RSVP deadline of Monday 25 August 2026 at 2.00 pm. If you are unable to attend after this time, your ticket will be non-refundable.

Photography and Filming: By attending this event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place. Images and footage may be used by Lourdes Hill College for promotional, marketing and archival purposes, including on the College website, social media channels and other College publications. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a member of the Events Team upon arrival.

Dietary Requirements: Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, this cannot be guaranteed if they are advised after the RSVP deadline.

Event Changes: Lourdes Hill College reserves the right to make changes to the event program if required.
