All organisations participating in the expo must:
- provide the organiser with proof of adequate public liability insurance held by their company/organisation to the value specified by Melton City Council by 5pm on the 11th of September 2026
- pay the relevant stall holder fee
- pay the cancellation fee if unable to attend on event day/unable to staff the exhibit entirely between 10am and 2pm (where seven days notice has not been provided)
- You must agree to have your table set up before 9.30am on the day of the event. This must be relayed to all who book and oversee the table. This is an OHS requirement for the safety and wellbeing of other stall holders and community.
Please note your stall items must remain on your table or behind your stall.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
