By purchasing or using a ticket to attend Collectors Paradise, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Policy

* All ticket sales are final.
* No refunds or exchanges will be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, or any other reason, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Giveaway Activities

Participation in any giveaway activities, including the Giveaway Buffet and any other promotional games or activities, is entirely voluntary.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge and accept that:

* You do so at your own risk.
* Collectors Paradise, its organisers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
* While we will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and minimise foreseeable risks, participants remain responsible for their own actions and safety.

3. Photography & Videography

Photography and videography will take place throughout the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video recordings used by Collectors Paradise. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a member of our staff upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

4. General

* Attendees must follow all reasonable directions given by event staff.
* Any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
* Collectors Paradise reserves the right to modify event schedules, activities, or event content where necessary.

By attending Collectors Paradise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
