By purchasing this ticket you give permission to all the below for all attendees under the age of 18:

1. Your child may travel by South Coast Bus Lines with PIBC approved leaders to Margaret Court Arena. You understand that stops may be made on the way for food and toilet breaks.
2. Your child may have photos taken and used by Youth Alive as per their policy.
3. PIBC leaders will administer first aid, paracetamol, or call an ambulance, in the event of an accident or injury.
4. If your child is unsafe or refuses to participate with the whole group, you will be called to come and collect your child.
5. Any medications needing administering during the evening will be managed by the child and the PIBC leaders.
6. You have completed a PIBC family registration form, including all emergency contact details and any information that will help PIBC leaders look after your child.
