PLEASE NOTE:
Breathwork & Sound Healing Event Terms & Conditions

By booking your place at an Earth Walk Therapies Breathwork & Sound Healing event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

* Cancellations on the Day of the Event
If you cancel on the day of the event, no refund or credit will be provided.

* Unable to Attend
If you are unable to attend your booked event, no refund will be issued.

* Credit for Future Events
If you notify Earth Walk Therapies at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, your booking fee will be held as a credit and may be transferred to one of the next two scheduled Breathwork & Sound Healing events. After this time, the credit will expire.

* Transfer of Credit
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used towards other services or workshops unless agreed to in writing by Earth Walk Therapies.

* Event Changes
Earth Walk Therapies reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event if unforeseen circumstances arise. Should this occur, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit towards a future event.

Thank you for your understanding. These policies help support the planning and preparation that goes into creating a safe, nurturing and meaningful experience for everyone attending.
