Event Terms & Conditions
1. General
* This ticket is proof of purchase for the designated event and must be presented (printed or digitally on a mobile device) at the time of admission.

2. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
* Change of Mind: Please choose your tickets carefully. In accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or personal circumstances.
* Event Changes or Cancellation: If the showcase is postponed, rescheduled, or significantly varied, ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a full refund. If the event is canceled entirely due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued.

3. Code of Conduct and Refusal of Entry
* The Event Organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or require a ticket holder to leave the venue without a refund if they:
* Fail to produce a valid ticket or proof of concession eligibility (if applicable).
* Engage in deceptive, unruly, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
* Are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.
* Bring prohibited items into the venue, including dangerous goods, laser pointers, or commercial recording equipment.

4. Photography, Filming, and Media Permissions
* By attending this event, ticket holders acknowledge and agree that the Event Organizer has all rights to photograph, film, and record video/audio production of the showcase.
* Ticket holders consent to their image, likeness, and voice being captured in these recordings and potentially used for future promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.
* Flash photography and commercial video recording by audience members are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium for the safety of the dancers on stage.

5. Privacy Notice
* Any personal data collected during the booking process is used strictly for event management, ticketing communication, and safety tracing purposes. Your data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is provided.
