Talent Co. Dance & Entertainment – Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to any Talent Co. Dance & Entertainment event (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase and Ownership
1.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
1.2 Tickets are only valid when purchased through the official Talent Co. Dance & Entertainment channels.
2. Event Changes and Cancellations
2.1 Talent Co. Dance & Entertainment reserves the right to alter the date, time, venue, or program of the Event if necessary.
2.2 If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at purchase. Refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with the policies at the time of cancellation.
2.3 In the event of a government-mandated restriction (e.g., COVID-19-related closures), tickets may be transferred to a new date or converted to a digital event if applicable.
3. Admission and Attendance
3.1 Each attendee must hold a valid ticket for entry.
3.2 Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and as directed by staff.
3.3 The Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
4. Photography and Recording
4.1 The use of personal cameras, mobile phones, or recording devices during the performance is not permitted.
4.2 By attending the Event, you consent to Talent Co. Dance & Entertainment photographing, filming, or recording for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used on social media, websites, or printed materials without compensation.
5. Liability
5.1 Talent Co. Dance & Entertainment is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending the Event, except where required by law.
5.2 Attendees enter the venue and participate at their own risk.
6. Children and Supervision
6.1 Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
6.2 Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s behaviour throughout the Event.
7. Seating
7.1 Seating is allocated at the time of booking (unless specified as general admission).
7.2 Please sit only in your allocated seat and follow the directions of ushers and staff.
8. Refunds and Exchanges
8.1 Refunds will only be issued if the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
8.2 No refund will be provided for change of mind, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with cast or program changes.
9. Privacy
9.1 Any personal information collected during the ticket purchase process is managed in accordance with Talent Co. Dance & Entertainment’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process your purchase.
10. Agreement
By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
