Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Fresh daffodil pre-orders must be collected from Alpha Merchanise on Friday 21st between 8am and 5pm or the Alpha Jockey Club on Saturday, 22nd August 2026 during the event. Uncollected flowers cannot be guaranteed after the event concludes.

Please advise the organisers of any dietary requirements prior to the event where possible. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

By attending the event, you consent to photographs and videos being taken for promotional purposes by the QCWA Alpha Branch and Cancer Council. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify an event organiser on arrival.

Raffle tickets will be available for purchase on the day and are not included in the ticket price.

The QCWA Alpha Branch reserves the right to make changes to the event program if required.

All proceeds from ticket sales and fundraising activities will support Cancer Council and its work in cancer research, prevention, advocacy and support services.
