Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Jordan Springs P&C Adults-Only Trivia Night Fundraiser 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Adults-only event
This is an adults-only event. All attendees must be 18 years or older. Children will not be permitted to attend.

Tickets and table bookings
Tickets are required for entry.

Table bookings are for a table of 6. Single ticket holders may be seated with other guests, depending on final numbers and table arrangements.

Please ensure your booking details are correct at the time of purchase.

Refunds and transfers
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or if you are unable to attend.

However, tickets may be transferred to another adult guest if you can no longer attend. Please contact Jordan Springs P&C if you need to update attendee details.

If the event is cancelled by Jordan Springs P&C, or materially changed, refunds will be managed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Event changes
Jordan Springs P&C may make reasonable changes to event details, activities, prizes, games, seating arrangements or timing where required.

We will communicate any significant changes to ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.

BYO alcohol and respectful conduct
This is a BYO alcohol event. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, but we ask that everyone enjoys the night responsibly and respectfully.

This is a school community fundraising event, so attendees are expected to be considerate of other guests, volunteers, event staff and venue representatives at all times.

Jordan Springs P&C reserves the right to refuse entry or ask an attendee to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, or impacts the enjoyment or safety of others.

Alcohol must not be supplied to anyone under 18 years of age, and all attendees are responsible for their own conduct during the event.

Venue and safety requirements
Attendees must comply with all venue rules and any reasonable directions given by event organisers, volunteers, event staff or venue representatives.

Jordan Springs P&C is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the event.

Silent auction, games and prizes
Silent auction items, games and prizes are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Silent auction bids are final once accepted. Prizes are not transferable for cash unless expressly stated.

Photography
Photos may be taken during the event for school community and P&C promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a P&C representative know on arrival.

Fundraising purpose
Funds raised from this event will support Jordan Springs Public School projects, including play and inclusive play initiatives across K-6, guided by the student wishlist and school community priorities.
