2. By purchasing a ticket, all guests agree to the terms and conditions herein.
3. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
4. Guests must be aged 18 years or above. Children aged 14-17 may attend with an adult guardian, who must sign a liability waiver on behalf of the child.
5. No other pets/animals to be brought onto the property.
6. Cancellation Policy: Event may be cancelled in the event of severe weather, insufficient bookings or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, a full refund, minus booking or transaction fees, will be issued. Cancellation by booker within 7 days of event will be refunded cost of ticket minus $50 admin fee plus any booking and transaction fees.
7. All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to arrival. All bookings are conditional upon signing of liability waiver.
8. Safe horse handling is essential.
9. Any behaviour deemed unsafe or antisocial/disruptive may result in guest being asked to leave the property. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
