The amount withheld of $40 per ticket represents the non-refundable booking fee and administration adjustment fee charged by the venue.

Security personnel are trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol and guests are reminded that irrespective of age, the consumption of alcohol and tobacco by students during the course of the function is prohibited. If a person arrives at the venue in an intoxicated state, or is found to be in an intoxicated state during the event, they will be asked to leave the premises.
