TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

• Release of liability:
I acknowledge that participation in this activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, loss of balance, equipment failure, and other risks that may result in injury. Completed parental consent forms are required for all attendees prior to the child being admitted to the activity.

• Equipment responsibility:
Participants in the BMX Workshop must supply their own BMX bicycle and helmet.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their bicycle, helmet, and any other personal protective equipment are suitable, correctly fitted, and maintained in a safe condition prior to participation.

• Right to refuse participation:
Event organisers reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a participant's involvement where they believe continued participation may pose a risk to the participant or others.
Participants must behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times and follow all instructions given by event staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund or compensation (where applicable).

• Supervision:
Parents or guardians remain responsible for the supervision of the child under their guardianship and are required to remain in supervision for the duration of the activity.

• Participation:
I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate and does not have any illness, injury, or medical condition that may make participation unsafe.

• Communication:
By Booking a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
