By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

The Member Ticket is available only to members of Shortland RSL Sub-Branch. Where a member is affiliated with more than one RSL Sub-Branch, the subsidised Member Ticket is available only if Shortland RSL Sub-Branch is the member’s principal Sub-Branch. Members whose principal Sub-Branch is another RSL Sub-Branch are not eligible for the subsidised Member Ticket.

A maximum of one (1) subsidised Member Ticket may be purchased per eligible member.

A maximum of two (2) tickets may be purchased by any individual. Eligible members may purchase one (1) Member Ticket and one (1) Guest / Non-Member Ticket, or up to two (2) Guest / Non-Member Tickets. Additional ticket requests are subject to approval by the Event Organiser.

Ticket Purchases are intended for eligible Shortland RSL Sub-branch members and their invited guest, or for invited guests attending the event. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings considered inconsistent with the purpose of the event.

Membership eligibility, including a member’s principal Sub-Branch, may be verified against RSL membership records.

Where a Member Ticket has been purchased by an ineligible person, more than one subsidised Member Ticket has been purchased by or on behalf of the same eligible member, or these ticket limits have been exceeded, the organiser reserves the right to require payment of the price difference, amend the booking to the correct ticket type, cancel the affected ticket(s), or issue a refund where appropriate.

Attendance is restricted to persons 18 years of age and over. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where this requirement is not met.

This is a Black Tie event. Guests are expected to attend in accordance with the published dress code

Tickets are subject to availability and are non-transferable without the prior approval of the Event Organiser.
