Event Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase and Venue Selection
Each ticket ($65.00) entitles the holder to entry into three (3) separate 45-minute dining sittings at their selected Flemington venues on the specific event date booked.
Restaurant selections and sitting times must be locked in at the time of booking via the TryBooking platform. Due to strict restaurant capacity limits, venue selections cannot be altered or swapped after the booking is completed.
2. Event Timings and Punctuality
The progressive trail operates on a strict schedule:
Sitting 1: 6:15 PM – 7:00 PM
Sitting 2: 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM
Sitting 3: 7:45 PM – 8:30 PM
Guests are responsible for their own transit between venues. To get the full dining experience, please arrive promptly at the start of each session. Venues are not required to extend sittings, serve late arrivals, or offer refunds for missed time slots.
3. Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies
All dietary requirements, intolerances, and food allergies must be clearly specified for each individual ticket holder during checkout.
While participating venues will make every professional effort to accommodate dietary needs (such as Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, or Vegan alternatives), meals are prepared in commercial kitchens. The Event Organisers and participating venues cannot 100% guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination or allergens.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
All ticket sales are final. Refunds or date transfers will not be provided for change of mind, partial attendance, or personal cancellations.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person for the exact same date and restaurant itinerary. No notification to the organiser is required for name transfers, but the arriving guest must present the original ticket QR code.
In the unlikely event that a session is canceled by the Event Organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original purchaser.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Behavior
This event is a multi-venue street trail. Any alcoholic beverages purchased on-site are strictly subject to each venue’s standard Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) policies.
Venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any patron exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated behaviour, without refund.
Alcohol purchased at a venue must be consumed within that licensed venue and cannot be carried on public streets between stops.
6. Photography and Media
Please be aware that professional content creators (photographers/videographers) will be capturing media throughout the event series for future marketing and promotional purposes by the Traders Association. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your likeness being included in event photography and promotional reels.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
