ORGANISER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket. By booking a ticket you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following conditions.

1. Ticket Policy
• Tickets may be transferred to another person; however, the organiser must be notified in advance (48 hours before departure) with the new passenger's details.
• No refunds or credits will be provided for missed departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

* If a participant cancels 15 days before departure, a 50% refund of the ticket price will be provided, excluding any non-refundable TryBooking or third-party booking fees.
* No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 15 days before departure or for failure to attend on the day of the trip.

Event Cancellation by the Organiser
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the JALSA BollyBus Tour if the minimum number of participants is not met, if the event is not financially viable, or due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control.
As significant costs are involved in operating the tour—including coach hire, Mount Buller entry fees, permits, and other operational expenses—the organiser must ensure the event is commercially viable before proceeding.
If the organiser cancels the event, all participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. However, any third-party booking or transaction fees (including TryBooking fees) are non-refundable, where applicable, as these charges are collected and retained by the booking platform and not by the organiser.

2. Age Requirement
• This trip is suitable for participants aged 12 years and over. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless prior approval has been obtained from the organiser.

Passengers aged 60 years and above are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the tour. They are fully responsible for managing their own health conditions, medications, and any medical treatment or related expenses that may arise before, during, or after the tour.
The organiser accepts no liability for any illness, injury, or medical costs incurred by passengers due to pre-existing or personal health conditions.

3. Weather Conditions
• This trip operates during the Australian snow season. Snow, rain, wind, icy conditions, or
reduced visibility are common and should be expected.
• The trip will proceed unless cancelled by the organiser due to unsafe or extreme conditions.
• Refunds or cancellations will not be provided due to weather conditions, snowfall levels, or
personal preference not to travel.

4. Departure & Return Times
• Departure is strictly at 6:30 am from the designated pickup location.
• Return departure from Mount Buller is between 3:30 -4:00pm sharp.
• Passengers are responsible for arriving on time.
• The organiser is not responsible for passengers who miss the bus at either departure location. Any alternative transport arrangements and associated costs will be the passenger's responsibility.
. Seating arrangements - whoever purchases the tickets first will be allocated the seats accordingly.

Bus Parking & Mountain Transfer Information 🚌❄️
Please note that our coach will be parked at the designated parking slslots of the mountain. From there, all passengers will be transferred to the Mount Buller village main area through a shuttle service arranged by the mountain operators.
This is the standard procedure for all coach tours visiting Mount Buller. The shuttle service is well organised and ensures everyone reaches the village safely and conveniently (5 - 10 min time required for transfer) Once you're on the main area, all the fun and snow adventures begin! ☃️🏔️

5. Identification & Boarding
• A valid booking confirmation is required for boarding.
• Government-issued photo identification may be requested before boarding.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse boarding if a booking cannot be verified


6. Luggage Allowance
Each passenger may bring:
• One backpack.
• One small handbag or personal item snow jackets - Additional luggage may not be accepted due to limited storage capacity.

Prohibited Items & Passenger Responsibility
* Sharp items like knives, blades, and matchboxes are not permitted to carry.
* Any damage identified in or around a passenger's allocated seat or area may be deemed the responsibility of that passenger. The passenger will be liable for the full cost of any repairs or replacement required.
7. Alcohol & Illegal Substances
• Consumption of alcohol on the bus is strictly prohibited. Smoking/vaping is not permitted on the bus.
• Alcohol may be transported in sealed containers for personal consumption at Mount Buller where permitted.
• Illegal drugs or prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
• Any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, or under the influence may be refused
boarding or removed from the trip without refund.

8. Medical Conditions & Fitness to Travel
• Passengers must ensure they are medically fit to participate in this trip.
• If you have any medical condition, disability, mobility limitation, severe allergy, or any
condition that may require assistance during travel, you must contact the organiser before
purchasing your ticket.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information prior to booking may result in refusal of
travel without refund if the organiser determines the trip cannot be safely accommodated.
• Passengers are responsible for bringing all required medications (including asthma inhalers,
EpiPens, insulin, or other prescribed medications).

9. Personal Responsibility & Safety
• Snow activities involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, changing weather conditions,
and other outdoor hazards.
• Participation in any activities is entirely at your own risk.
• You accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the trip.
• The organiser does not provide medical treatment during the event.
• In the event of illness or injury, participants are responsible for seeking appropriate medical
attention and covering any associated medical, ambulance, or transport costs. Where reasonably possible, and if the participant is in close proximity, the organisers will provide reasonable assistance and support until appropriate medical care or emergency services are available.
However, the organisers are not medical professionals and are not responsible for providing medical treatment or ongoing care.

10. Travel Insurance
• The organiser strongly recommends that all participants obtain suitable travel insurance
covering personal injury, medical expenses, cancellations, loss or damage to personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for uninsured losses.
• Bus providers have their own insurance to cover passengers during the travel times.
* If ambulance services are required for medical conditions, at your own cost and the organiser is not liable.

11. Snow Equipment & Clothing
• The organiser does not supply snow clothing, boots, skis, snowboards, helmets, or other
equipments. Organiser may stop at the shops where you can hire snow equipments for the day.
Snow hire can be arranged separately if requested well in advance and is subject to availability.

12. Personal Belongings • Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
• The organiser accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property during the journey or while at Mount Buller.

13. Passenger Behaviour
• All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, drivers,
organisers, and venue staff.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger whose
behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.
• No refund will be provided if boarding is refused or a passenger is removed due to
misconduct.

14. Liability
• The organiser acts solely as a transport organiser and is not responsible for delays due to road closures, weather conditions, traffic incidents, mechanical breakdowns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If bus breakdowns, alternative transport arrangements are made by the organisers.
• The organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred during the trip except where required by law.

15. Photography & Media
• Photographs and videos may be taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
• By attending, you consent to the use of your image in future promotional material unless
you notify the organiser in writing before the event.

16. Acceptance of Terms
• By purchasing a ticket and participating in this trip, you acknowledge that you have read,understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
