By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following conditions on behalf of Inspiring Connection Charity Foundation:
1. Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that the Werribee Gorge Circuit is a Grade 4 (Hard) bushwalk involving steep climbs, loose surfaces, and rock scrambling. You agree that you are in good physical health, possess an adequate level of fitness, and accept all personal risks associated with outdoor wilderness activities.
2. Mandatory Gear: Enclosed, high-grip hiking shoes or trail runners are strictly required. You must bring your own personal medication, protective gear, and a minimum of 2L of water.
3. Refunds & Cancellations: Tickets are 100% non-refundable, as all proceeds are directly committed to funding meals for individuals experiencing homelessness. If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another volunteer—please notify the Event Organiser via email at least 24 hours prior.
4. Data Privacy: Your contact details are securely held by the Event Organiser to facilitate event updates and future volunteer communications in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. Weather Alterations: In the event of extreme weather or safety warnings issued by Parks Victoria, the event may be postponed. You will be notified via your registered email address with a rescheduled date.
