Where an invoice is requested, registrations are considered confirmed on submission of the booking form and all event terms and conditions, including cancellation policy, will apply.
For cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, the following terms apply
Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au.
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Access details will be emailed to the attendee email address provided during registration on the 1st September 2026. If not received, please check any junk/spam folders and contact admin@illumelearning.com.au if assistance is required.
Illume Learning takes no responsibility for access details not being received due to email errors/typos or delivery errors. 
Access to the content closes at midnight AEST 30th September 2026 - no extensions will be possible
Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
