**Terms and Conditions**

Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, non-attendance or if you are no longer able to attend, except where required by law.

Please check your booking carefully before purchasing, including the correct ticket options and any Hummer ticket add-on.

The Hummer ticket is optional and for Year 6 students only. Seats are limited to one per Year 6 student and must be purchased through TryBooking. If purchasing a Hummer ticket, please provide your child’s full name when prompted.

Students booked for the Hummer experience must arrive at Alphington Grammar School by 3:30 PM. The Hummer will depart from the designated pick-up point at 3:40 PM. If a student misses the departure, the Hummer ticket cannot be refunded.

Children not participating in the Hummer experience are warmly included in the full graduation celebration and should arrive with their family at the Olympic Hotel for the 5:00 PM event start.

Please provide any dietary requirements when booking. Dietary options will be available, but an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children during the event. All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward students, families, venue staff, vendors and volunteers.

Event details may be subject to change if required. Any important updates will be communicated to ticket holders.
