Awards Night – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Armadale Soccer Club Awards Night, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is cancelled by Armadale Soccer Club.
Tickets are purchased for catering and venue allocation purposes. Final attendee numbers are confirmed with the venue in advance, therefore refunds cannot be accommodated for non-attendance or change of mind.

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by Armadale Soccer Club prior to the event.

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.
Guests must treat the venue, its facilities, staff, fellow attendees and club representatives with courtesy and respect at all times.

Any inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, discriminatory or disorderly behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Attendees must comply with all venue rules and directions provided by venue staff and Armadale Soccer Club officials.

Alcohol is to be consumed responsibly. The venue reserves the right to refuse service or remove any person behaving in an intoxicated or inappropriate manner.

Armadale Soccer Club accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

Photographs and video may be taken during the event and used by Armadale Soccer Club for promotional, marketing and social media purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you advise the club otherwise prior to the event.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
