AS PER COUNCIL AGREEMENT WITH OUR MARKET HIRE CONDITIONS THERE IS STRICTLY NO PEGGING IN VICTORIA PARK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE BY COUNCIL FOR OUR MARKET TO RUN.
General: The Kadina Artisan Market is an independent community event. Organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any booking and require accurate information from all stallholders.
Stall Allocation: Sites are allocated by organisers to ensure a balanced layout. Bookings are first-come, first-served, and sites are not secured until paid in full. Requests are not guaranteed, and stallholders must remain within their assigned space. Stalls cannot be shared, transferred, or sublet without approval.
Bump In/Out: Stallholders must follow set bump-in and bump-out times, be fully set up before opening, and trade for the full duration. No vehicle movement during trading unless approved.
Fees & Cancellations:
All fees are non-refundable outside the conditions below. If you cannot attend, notify organisers ASAP. Failure to attend without notice may impact eligibility for future markets.
30+ days notice: Full refund minus $10 admin fee
14–30 days: 50% refund
7–14 days: 25% refund
Under 7 days: No refund
The event will proceed except in unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control, with refunds or credits at the organiser's discretion.
Products & Presentation: Only handmade or high-quality artisan goods are permitted. No mass-produced, imported, or reseller items (including MLM or Temu/Shein-style products). Organisers may request removal of unsuitable items. Stalls must be clean, safe, and well presented.
Food Vendors: Must comply with all food safety regulations and provide required permits and insurance if requested.
Compliance: Stallholders must comply with all relevant laws, permits, and venue requirements.
Insurance & Liability: Stallholders must hold current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10M recommended) and are responsible for their own property and safety. Organisers are not liable for loss, damage, or theft.
Safety & Setup: All equipment and displays must be safe, stable, and not obstruct walkways or exits.
Behaviour: Zero tolerance for abusive or disrespectful behaviour. Stallholders should seek organiser's support if needed. Organisers reserve the right to remove anyone from the event, and authorities may be involved if required.
Noise: No amplified music or excessively loud noise.
Power: Limited power is available and must be pre-approved. All equipment must be tested and tagged.
Damage to Venue: Any damage caused in your allocated space must be repaired at your own expense. Do not drag tables, chairs etc over the floors or damage to the lawn on Victoria park.
Waste: Stallholders must keep their area clean and remove all rubbish.
Marketing: By attending, stallholders agree to allow use of images for promotion and are encouraged to promote the event themselves.
Right to Amend: Organisers reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Booking your site is a confirmation you agree to all of these terms and conditions.
