Cancellations: A 20% administration cost will be deducted for any fully paid cancellations prior to 1 October 2026. Transfers to another participant will be accepted.

Due to final numbers being confirmed on for catering on 1 October 2026 - No refunds can be provided after this date but transfers to another participant on the wait list will be accepted.

Note: Payment for any veterinary expenses incurred during the event is the responsibility of the participant.
