Workshop Terms & Conditions
Bookings
* Full payment is required to secure your place in a workshop.
* Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
* Places are limited and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
* Workshop fees are non-refundable.
* Refunds or transfers will not be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts or non-attendance.
* Requests for refunds or transfers due to exceptional and unforeseen circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of the workshop facilitator. Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
* If a refund or transfer is approved, an administration fee may apply.
Participant Transfers
* If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify us before the workshop and the substitute meets any workshop requirements.
Workshop Changes or Cancellation
* If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered either:
* a full refund; or
* the option to transfer their booking to a future workshop.
* If the workshop is postponed, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may choose a refund or a credit towards a future workshop.
Participant Responsibility
* Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important demonstrations or instruction.
* Participants are responsible for bringing any materials listed in the workshop information unless otherwise stated.
Photography
* Photographs may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please let the facilitator know before the workshop begins.
Acceptance
By booking a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
