RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Main Event admission and raffle tickets are sold separately.

• To be eligible to win the Cairns-to-Bali Grand Prize, the raffle ticket holder must hold a valid Main Event admission ticket and be physically present at Fogarty Park when the Grand Prize is drawn.

• If the selected Grand Prize ticket holder is not present, the Grand Prize will be redrawn until an eligible winner who is present is selected.

• Winners of all other raffle prizes do not need to be present. They will be contacted using the telephone number or email address provided with their booking.

• Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information.

• Winners may be required to provide identification and proof of their winning raffle ticket before receiving a prize.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• Prize bookings and redemptions are subject to the relevant providers’ availability, validity periods, blackout dates, weather requirements and individual terms and conditions.

• GOPIO Cairns Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete contact details supplied by an entrant.

• The raffle will be drawn on Saturday, 12 September 2026, during Cairns Indian Festival 2026 – Main Event at Fogarty Park, Cairns.

• The organiser’s decision will be final, subject to applicable Queensland laws and regulations.
