I acknowledge that entry in the Kids Fun Run is entirely at my and the participant’s own risk and the organisers and sponsors and their servants, agents and independent contractors will not be held liable in contract tort or otherwise for the death or injury suffered by the participant howsoever such death or injury was caused, including by the negligence or otherwise of the organisers and sponsors and their servants, agents or independent contracts. I HEREBY indemnify the organisers, sponsors and their servants, agents or independent contractors against any claim, action or suit, including full indemnity costs, brought against all or any of them for the death or injury suffered by the participant howsoever such death or injury was caused, including negligence or otherwise of the organisers and sponsors and their servants, agents or independent contractors.

By entering the Kids Fun Run the participant(s) and the guardian(s) of the Fun Run participant(s) grants the Rotary Club of Emerald & District and approved contractors and suppliers a royalty free right to use in perpetuity of the participant(s) image, interview, statement and likeness, before, during or after the event in broadcasts, telecasts, websites, media press material, promotional materials and/or for reporting purposes in the media.
