Moonee Ponds Food & Wine Walk: Margaret Street Edition
Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase & Attendance
By purchasing a ticket to the Moonee Ponds Food & Wine Walk (Wednesday, 16 September 2026), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Capacity & Ticket Limits
Tickets are strictly limited to a total event capacity of 60 guests.
Tickets must be purchased online prior to the event via TryBooking. No walk-ups or on-the-night purchases are permitted.
2. Ticket Inclusions
The ticket price of $85.00 includes: one (1) entry bite and one (1) arrival drink at Stop 1; two (2) pre-selected signature shared main course plates (one at Stop 2 and one at Stop 3); and one (1) finale cocktail/drink at Stop 4.
Any additional food or beverages ordered outside of this pre-set menu are not included in the ticket price and must be paid for directly to the venue at the time of purchase (cash/card bar available at designated stops).
3. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Due to the progressive, pre-set nature of this dining event across multiple commercial kitchens, all strict medical dietary requirements, food allergies, coeliac, or vegetarian needs must be declared at the time of booking via the TryBooking checkout prompts.
While every effort will be made by the participating venues to accommodate declared medical dietaries, late notifications (received less than 7 days prior to the event) or general personal food preferences/dislikes cannot be accommodated.
4. Group Seating & Precinct Rotations
Guests will be split into two rotating groups of 30 for the main course sessions (visiting Carosello and My Little Bento) and will swap halfway through.
If you are booking separately from friends but wish to be placed in the same rotation group, you must specify their full surname in the required custom data field during checkout. The event organizers will do their best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee group placement if the information is missing or submitted late.
5. Promptness & Timings
This is a timed, progressive walking tour. The event starts sharp at 5:30 PM at Gourmet Kitchen.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss their allocated group departure, entry courses, or drink service, and components of the event cannot be repeated or delayed for latecomers.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket is fully transferable to another person. You do not need to notify the organizer of a name change, provided the new attendee brings the original digital or printed TryBooking ticket to check-in. Please note that the original dietary requirements submitted at the time of purchase will apply to the new ticket holder.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
All participating venues adhere to strict Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.
Service of alcohol will be refused to any patron deemed intoxicated. No refunds or compensation will be given if service is refused or if a guest is asked to leave a venue by management or event coordinators. Attendees must be 18 years or older to be served alcohol (valid ID may be requested).
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
