By booking an OT Sparks session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
OT Sparks sessions are professional development and/or group supervision sessions for occupational therapists. They are intended to support reflection, clinical reasoning and professional learning. They do not replace individual clinical supervision, legal advice, workplace direction, client-specific decision-making, or professional obligations under relevant codes, standards and guidelines.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received through TryBooking. Places are limited to support a small-group learning environment.
If you are unable to attend, please contact Sarah Smith Occupational Therapy as early as possible. Where reasonable notice is provided, your booking may be transferred to another suitable OT Sparks session, subject to availability. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, any non-refundable booking, merchant or processing fees may be deducted.
If Sarah Smith Occupational Therapy needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered the option to transfer their booking to another session or receive a refund.
For online sessions, participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection, Microsoft Teams, and a private environment suitable for professional discussion.
Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality. Any case examples or professional scenarios discussed during sessions must be de-identified, and participants must not share identifying client, family, colleague or workplace information.
Session materials are provided for personal professional use only and must not be copied, distributed, modified, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Sarah Smith Occupational Therapy may contact you about your booking, session details, resources, and relevant OT Sparks updates. Your personal information will be managed in accordance with Sarah Smith Occupational Therapy’s privacy practices.
