Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

Ticket cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable booking/payment processing fees.
Ticket cancellations received within 21 days of the event are non-refundable, as venue and event costs will have been committed.
Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the organisers prior to the event.
If the event is cancelled or postponed by Safety House WA, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options.
