Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organiser before the event. In the event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
