Registration for the Symposium and attendance at the networking function is free of charge for people working in Western Alliance member organisations and consumers. There is a registration fee of $95 per day for people working in non-member organisations to present at or attend the Symposium, which includes attendance and catering, and a $55 fee to attend the networking event, which includes a cocktail style dinner. Non-members who register for both days will receive a $10 discount.
Everyone who wishes to attend one or both days of the Symposium must complete and submit the online registration form. Submission of an abstract does not mean you are automatically registered. You are still expected to complete the online registration form if you wish to attend.
Registrations are transferable – if you are unable to attend please advise info@westernalliance.org.au as soon as possible. If you have a colleague who would like to attend in your place, please ask them to contact info@westernalliance.org.au directly.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (non-member registrations)*
A full refund will be offered for cancellations at least 30 days prior to the Symposium. If cancelling within 30 days of the event, no refund can be offered.
CANCELLATION POLICY (member registrations)*
If you need to cancel your attendance, please contact us as early as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else. Reimbursement of $95 (per person per day) to Western Alliance may be applicable for 'no-shows' and cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the event.
