-This event is open to girls and women aged 14 years and over
-Participants under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

-Sisters of the Saddle is a women-only community. We kindly ask that male family members remain outside the event area unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Please dress WARM and wear closed-toe shoes and suitable clothing for working around horses.
-This is a non-ridden clinic.
-Participants must follow all instructor directions to ensure the safety of themselves, others, and our horses.
-A 50% refund is available for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

- All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before taking part in practical horse handling activities.

Photography & Videography

- Strictly no personal photography or videography of participants or team members is permitted.
- Sisters of the Saddle may capture photographs and video throughout the day for promotional purposes. All faces will be blurred or otherwise concealed to protect the privacy of our participants.
- All photos and video intended for promotional use will be shared with participants for approval prior to being published.
