This event may be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and for images or video from the event to be used by Simply Gray Photography for promotional, marketing and archival purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the Event Organiser know on arrival and avoid the designated photo areas and event photographer where possible.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Event Organiser.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please contact the Event Organiser with the updated guest details before the event.

Guests under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian.

A sweet and savoury grazing table will be provided. We will include a variety of options where possible, but please note this is a shared grazing table and we cannot guarantee specific dietary requirements or allergy-safe food.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, inclusions, suppliers or format if required.
