By entering HMAS Cerberus, you hereby agree to all Terms and Conditions of Entry.
1. A visitor is any person or persons on the grounds if HMAS Cerberus by virtue of a ticket.
2. A valid ticket must be produced on entry.
3. Visitors must enter via HMAS Cerberus via the Sheean Avenue West Entry access gate.
4. Alcohol, drugs, prohibited or offensive implements and other substances are not permitted on the premises.
5. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the premises.
6. All visitors should wear appropriate footwear (no thongs).
7. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted without adult supervision.
8. If a visitor causes a disturbance, engages in conduct that is indecent, violent, quarrelsome, likely to cause harm, inappropriate, dishonest, offensive, discriminatory, disruptive, threatening and/or intimidating to others, impairs the enjoyment, comfort or safety of any other person or is otherwise against the law, they may be asked to leave the premises.
9. If a visitor is intoxicated or under the influence of an illicit substance they will not be permitted to enter the premises.
10. Pursuant to Defence Act 1903 – Section 71H all visitors will be subjected to a limited bag search (handbags, backpacks, etc) prior to gaining entry, refusal of this will result in access to base being denied.
11. Subject to Law, HMAS Cerberus accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, damage or loss incurred by any person, either directly or indirectly, arising out of their visit to HMAS Cerberus, and you release and discharge HMAS Cerberus from any such liability, damage or loss.
12. Visitors must comply with all lawful requests and reasonable directions given by HMAS Cerberus staff.
13. Visitors must not interfere with or misuse any equipment or property.
14. Visitors are not permitted to conduct any commercial activity on HMAS Cerberus grounds including the use if any media equipment.
15. Use of personnel or commercial drones is strictly prohibited over HMAS Cerberus.
16. HMAS Cerberus Commanding Officer has the authority to close HMAS Cerberus or part thereof, any exhibition, at any time for reasons of adverse weather, equipment failure, or in the interests of public safety and will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by a guest as the result of such closure.
17. HMAS Cerberus reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions of Entry at any time and for any reason.
