Bookings
Full payment is required to secure your booking.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations by You
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your class are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another class.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before your class are eligible for a transfer to another class or a credit valid for 12 months.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class are generally not eligible for a refund or credit, as your place has been reserved and materials prepared. Any exceptions are at our discretion.
If you do not attend your booked class without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.
Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient bookings, venue issues, or instructor illness, you may choose either:
a full refund; or
a transfer to another available class.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Classes will begin on time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to help you catch up, but we cannot extend the class or provide a refund.
Alcohol
Where alcohol is available, participants must comply with all venue policies and applicable liquor laws.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.
Photography
We may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise us before the class begins, and we will respect your request.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items except where required by law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
If we fail to provide services with due care and skill, or otherwise fail to meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to remedies that cannot be excluded under law.
Agreement
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
