By purchasing a ticket to the Rugby League Club Presentation Night, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason, including change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal circumstances.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless prior written approval has been granted by the event organisers.
- If the event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be notified of the available options, which may include a refund or transfer to a rescheduled event.
- If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued due to a date change unless otherwise determined by the organisers.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure all booking details are correct at the time of purchase.
- Entry to the event may be refused to any person displaying inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
- The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
