At 'Dancing Nature' it's important that I slow down to deeply listen and connect to my body and respect its needs. If at any time I feel discomfort or strain, I will gently adjust my movements and rest at any time I need to.

In any physical activity, risk of serious injury is possible. Embodiment practices are no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment. The participant assumes the risk of session activities and releases the facilitator(s) from any liability claims.

I’m aware of the physical risks involved with movement and understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my doctor regarding my participation. I have no medical conditions that I am aware of, which would prevent me from taking part in the day and I assume responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of my participation.
