Terms & Conditions
By registering a participant in the Astwood Netball Club 6-Week Netball Development Series, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is non-transferable without prior approval from Astwood Netball Club.

Eligibility
This program is open to players within the advertised age group (Under 13s).
Participants should have a basic understanding of netball and be physically capable of participating in training activities.

Attendance
The program consists of five scheduled sessions.
Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to maximise their development.
No make-up sessions or credits will be provided for missed sessions.

Cancellation & Refunds
If a participant withdraws more than seven (7) days before the program commences, a refund may be provided, less any applicable administration fees.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within seven (7) days of the program start date, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Astwood Netball Club.
If Astwood Netball Club cancels the program, participants will receive either a full refund or a credit towards a future program.



Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:
Arrive on time and be ready to participate.
Wear appropriate sports clothing and suitable netball footwear.
Bring a water bottle and any personal medical items required.
Follow all instructions provided by coaches and program staff.
Demonstrate respectful behaviour towards coaches, volunteers, officials, and fellow participants.

Astwood Netball Club reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.

Medical Information
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional support requirements during registration.
Astwood Netball Club must be notified of any changes to a participant's medical condition prior to attendance.
In the event of an emergency, reasonable first aid will be administered, and emergency contacts will be notified. If required, emergency medical services may be contacted.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in sport carries an inherent risk of injury. While Astwood Netball Club takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

Parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and consent to their child participating in all program activities.


Photography & Media
Astwood Netball Club may take photographs or video footage during the program for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child to appear in photographs or video must notify Astwood Netball Club in writing prior to the commencement of the program.

Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the administration of the program and will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Program Changes
Astwood Netball Club reserves the right to amend session content, coaching personnel, venues, or schedules where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Acceptance
By registering for the Astwood Netball Club 6-Week Netball Development Series, the parent or guardian confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the participant.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
