All armband sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided under any circumstances. Please ensure all booking details are correct prior to finalising your purchase, as refunds will not be issued for booking errors. No exceptions.

All individual ride ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for unused tickets remaining at the conclusion of the event.

All riders receiving an armband must be present at the time of collection. In accordance with Fun Time Amusements' safety and operational procedures, armbands must be fitted directly to the rider by Fun Time Amusements staff. Armbands will not be issued to parents, guardians, or other persons for later application. No exceptions.

Height, age, and safety restrictions apply to selected rides and attractions. Riders must meet all operational and safety requirements as determined by Fun Time Amusements staff.

Armbands are non-transferable and must remain securely attached to the original rider for the duration of the event. Removed, damaged, altered, or transferred armbands will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced.

Fun Time Amusements reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of any ride or attraction due to weather conditions, safety requirements, maintenance issues, power interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
