Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Glow Disco, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled by the organisers.
- Children must attend the session that corresponds with their age group.
- A parent or guardian must sign each child in and out using the QR code provided at the event. Children will only be released to the parent or guardian who signs them out, unless alternative arrangements have been made with event organisers.
- Parents or guardians must ensure the emergency contact details provided during booking are current and accurate, and must remain contactable for the duration of the event in case they need to be contacted.
- Participants may be photographed or filmed during the event. Images may be used by Korumburra City Soccer Club for promotional purposes, including social media, the club website, newsletters and local newspapers. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or have their image used, please notify the organisers prior to the event.
- The club reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if this occurs.
- The organisers will take all reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable event; however, participation is at the attendee's own risk. Korumburra City Soccer Club accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury except where required by law.
- Please advise organisers at check-in of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional support needs that may assist us in ensuring your child has a safe and enjoyable experience.
