There is ample car parking at the Crossway Centre Auditorium, 2 Vision Drive, East Burwood. There are two entries to the parking areas. Entry is preferred from Highbury Road via a private road that leads straight to the Crossway Centre. The alternative entry is on Vision Drive off Springvale Road, but Highbury Road is a safer way to enter. If necessary, parking is also permitted in the World Vision car park on the opposite side of Vision Drive.
Only Authorised Personnel with a current working with children check may enter the backstage areas. All Venue employees will wear identification at all times while they are on duty and any staff provided by Billanook Primary School are also required to wear identification.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking on the premises is prohibited. Food and beverages are to be excluded from the Auditorium and Chapel without exception.
Laser pointers, cameras, tape recorders, video recorders and mobile phone cameras are prohibited from the Auditorium. Pagers and mobile phones must be turned off during performances.
Fire and Emergency Exits must be kept clear at all times. All aisle ways and internal doorways must remain unrestricted at all times. Prams and pushers are not allowed in the Auditorium as they may present a tripping hazard in case of evacuation.
Children must be supervised at all times. Whether they are part of the performance or a part of the audience, children are not permitted to be unsupervised in any part of the Venue at any time.
There will be NO refunds or exchanges on tickets.
