Data Collection
By registering for this event, you agree that your information may be collected and reviewed by participating councils (Monash, Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Knox and Stonnington) for event management and program evaluation.

Photography & Filming
A photographer or videographer may be present. By attending, you consent to participating councils using the photos or video of you for use in publications, promotional materials, websites, and related purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise the organiser upon registration or inform council staff at the event.

Ticketing
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information and updates about this event by email from Monash Council.

Tickets may be cancelled and refunded up to 7 business days prior to the event.
