JUNIOR PRESENTATION

Terms & Conditions

The Melton Broncos Junior Presentation is a celebration of our Under 6s to Under 12s players, coaches, volunteers, families and supporters. To ensure everyone enjoys a safe, respectful and memorable event, all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

**Event Details**

**Age Groups:** Under 6s – Under 12s
**Time:** 10:00am – 12:00pm
**Venue:** Macpherson Park, Melton VIC 3338

1. Respectful Behaviour

All guests are expected to treat players, coaches, volunteers, officials and fellow attendees with courtesy and respect. Bullying, abusive, offensive, aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. Children

Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times.

The Melton Broncos Rugby League Club does not provide child supervision, and parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children in their care throughout the event.

3. Player Attendance

Players are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their allotted team presentation time.

4. Photography & Social Media

Photographs and videos may be taken throughout the event for Melton Broncos promotional purposes and social media platforms. By attending, guests consent to being photographed or recorded unless they advise event organisers prior to the event.

5. Awards & Presentations

We ask all guests to remain respectful and minimise noise during presentations so every player can be recognised and celebrated with the respect they deserve.

6. Venue Care

Please respect Macpherson Park and all club facilities.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or those in their care and may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.

Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and help keep the venue clean for everyone.

7. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated paved carpark area in accordance with venue regulations.

8. Alcohol

This is a junior family event. Responsible behaviour is expected from all attendees. Any person whose behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others may be asked to leave the venue.

9. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Guests

The Melton Broncos Committee reserves the right to refuse entry or request any person to leave the event if they:

* Fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
* Engage in violent, abusive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour.
* Are intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances.
* Behave in a manner that compromises the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of others.

10. Acceptance

By attending the Melton Broncos Junior Presentation, all attendees acknowledge they have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
