1. Registration & Attendance
Registration confirmation does guarantee admission; seats are limited.
Entry may be denied if event capacity is reached.
Please arrive on time. Latecomers may not be admitted after the demonstration begins.

2. Health & Safety
This event involves open flames, smokers, and hot equipment. Attend at your own risk.
Please inform organizers of any mobility requirements or accessibility needs in advance.
Follow all safety instructions given by Nathan and event staff at all times.

3. Dietary Information & Allergies
Meats and ingredients served will be announced on the day.
Please notify organizers of any dietary restrictions or severe food allergies prior to the event.
While we will accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

4. Photography & Media
Photos/videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in future marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Full refunds are provided if the event is cancelled by organizers.
Personal cancellations: 24 hours before event.

7. Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk.
Organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property during the event.
We recommend travel insurance for out-of-town attendees.
8. Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected. Disruptive or aggressive conduct may result in removal without refund.
No outside food or beverages unless pre-approved for dietary reasons.
9. Changes to Event Details
Menu, schedule, and activities may change at the discretion of the organizers.
Final menu details (including meat selection) will be revealed on the day of the event.
