WOODSTOCKTON 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket.

Entry & Venue Access

* A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
* **No pass-outs** – once you have entered the event, re-entry is not permitted.
* Gates and the Club open at **12:00pm**.
* Live entertainment commences from 1:00pm
* The event concludes at 7:30pm, with the Club closing at 7:45pm
* BB's Bistro opens at 12:00pm, with last food orders at 7:00pm
* This is a family-friendly, fully licensed event.
* Valid photo identification may be required for entry or the purchase of alcohol.
* Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, intoxicated or disruptive.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.No refunds or exchanges will be provided, including for illness, change of mind, inability to attend, or adverse weather.
The event will proceed rain, hail or shine.
In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel the event, any refund arrangements will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

What You Can Bring

Small camping chairs and picnic rugs are welcome.
Small personal snacks such as chips, crackers, dips and similar nibbles are permitted.
Sunscreen, hats and sealed personal medications are welcome.
* **Trolleys are not permitted.***
* **No BYO alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water or external catering.***
All bags and personal belongings are subject to inspection upon entry.

Food & Beverage
A variety of food trucks will be available throughout the day.
BB's Bistro will be open, offering a range of meals and snacks.
The Club bars will be operating throughout the event.
As this is a licensed venue, **all beverages must be purchased on-site**.

General Conditions
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please respect fellow patrons, staff and performers at all times.
The organiser reserves the right to amend the event program, including artists and performance times, without prior notice where necessary.
Photography and videography may be undertaken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in future promotional material without compensation.

Ticket Holder Communications

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related communications from the Event Organiser, including important updates, event information and notices relating to WOODSTOCKTON 2026.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
