By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Policy

* Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
* Refunds will not be provided for:
* Change of mind
* Illness
* Inability to attend
* Scheduling conflicts
* Late arrival or early departure

Ticket Transfers

* If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another family.
* You are welcome to arrange this yourself or contact the organiser, who will assist in finding another attendee where possible. Please note that resale cannot be guaranteed.
* Please notify the organiser prior to the event if your ticket has been transferred.

Weather Policy

* This is an outdoor event.
* In the event of light rain or poor weather, the session will proceed under the park pergola and a large marquee where conditions safely permit.
* If weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable (including heavy rain, strong winds or other severe weather), the event may be rescheduled or cancelled at the organiser’s discretion.
* If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Supervision

* This is a parent/carer supervised event.
* Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.

Health & Safety

* Please ensure children are dressed appropriately for messy and sensory play.
* While every effort is made to use child-friendly materials, some activities may include natural elements such as flowers, herbs, grains or botanicals. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising children and considering any allergies or sensitivities before participating.
* Please inform the organiser of any significant allergies or medical considerations

Assumption of Risk & Health Information

By attending an Early Explorers event, parents and guardians acknowledge that participation in sensory, messy and physical play activities involves inherent risks, including minor bumps, slips, falls and other injuries that may occur during normal play.

Parents and guardians accept responsibility for supervising their child at all times and acknowledge that they voluntarily allow their child to participate in these activities.

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to advise Early Explorers, prior to the event, of any allergies, medical conditions, dietary requirements, disabilities, sensory sensitivities or any other information that may impact their child’s participation or safety.

While Early Explorers takes reasonable care to provide a safe and engaging environment, participation is at the parent’s or guardian’s own risk to the extent permitted by law. Early Explorers will not be liable for injuries, loss or damage arising from the inherent risks of participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
