BY ENROLLING WITH THE AUSTRALIAN POP ACADEMY YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Fees are payable in full for each term and are not subject to reduction, refund, or credit for missed classes due to illness or absence.
2. Discounted term fees are available upon initial enrolment at APA (payment commencing from first class after free trial).
3. APA is committed to remaining accessible to all families amidst cost of living pressures. If you are experiencing financial difficulty that may impact your ability to meet enrolment fees, we encourage you to reach out to us confidentially to discuss your circumstances. Any arrangements are made at the discretion of the Australian Pop Academy and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Parents must disclose any relevant medical conditions upon enrolment. APA's team are granted the authority to seek medical treatment in emergencies, alongside making immediate contact with parents.
5. Students of the Australian Pop Academy may be filmed and photographed as part of the group, which may be used on the Australian Pop Academy website & social media.
6. The Australian Pop Academy operates communication with families via EMAIL and WHATSAPP. Parents & students are invited to join our Whatsapp community for prompt updates about the school's activities. Students aged 12-18 have the opportunity to join a moderated group chat where they can ask questions & notify lateness/absence from class. APA does not take responsibility for group-chats formulated outside of the Whatsapp community.
7. In the event that Australian Pop Academy classes are unable to proceed as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to illness outbreaks, venue closures, or government restrictions), enrolment fees will be retained and applied to the next available opportunity to resume in-person classes. Where possible, alternative arrangements (such as rescheduled sessions or adjusted delivery formats) may be offered at the discretion of the Australian Pop Academy.
