By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
Tickets
* Tickets are **non-refundable**.
* If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer or privately resell your ticket to another person. Please notify the Event Organiser of the new attendee's name before the event.
Safety
* This is a 'working flower farm'. Uneven ground, farm equipment, insects and other natural hazards are present.
* Closed-in shoes are mandatory. Crocs, sandals and open footwear are not permitted.
* Long pants** must be worn.
* Please bring a hat, water bottle, and wear clothing you don't mind getting paint on.
* Bees are an important part of our flower farm. If you have a known **bee allergy** or carry an EpiPen, please advise the Event Organiser before the event.
Photography
* Photos and videos may be taken throughout the sessions for promotional purposes.
* If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let the Event Organiser know upon arrival and we will happily respect your wishes.
Farm Etiquette
* This is a 'non-smoking and vape-free property'.
* No pets are permitted.
* This is an 'adult-only experience' (16+). To ensure a relaxed and uninterrupted session for all guests, please arrange care for children before attending.
General
* Please arrive on time so the session can begin as scheduled.
* We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or does not comply with these conditions. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
