EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full Moon Crystal Meditation Immersion

By booking a ticket you agree to the following terms.

• Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, or non-attendance. Booking fees are set by TryBooking. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Transfers – you may pass your ticket to someone else by emailing us at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee's name.

• If we cancel or postpone the event, you will be offered a place on the rescheduled date or a full refund.

• Arrival – doors open 6:00pm for a prompt 6:30pm start. Latecomers may need to wait for a suitable break to be seated, and no refund is given for missed portions of the evening.

• Spaces are limited and seating is allocated at our discretion. The running order and featured crystals may vary on the night.

• Crystals used in the meditations remain the property of CrystalVida until purchased. Please handle them gently. Breakage or loss through careless handling may be charged at retail price. Crystals are natural therefore inclusions, chips and variations are normal and are not faults.

• Purchases on the night are final – no refunds, returns or exchanges, including for change of mind. Please inspect your piece and ask any questions before buying. Items must be paid for and taken with you on the night. Crystals are sold as decorative and spiritual items only.

• Wellbeing – crystal meditation and vibrational healing are complementary practices. They are not medical
or psychological treatment, and no outcome is guaranteed. Please tell us in advance of any medical condition, injury, mobility need or pregnancy that may affect your participation. You attend and participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings.

• Food and drinks – gourmet finger food, teas, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised at least 7 days before the event; while every effort is made to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. No alcohol is served and BYO is not permitted.

• Photography – photos or video may be taken for CrystalVida's promotional use. Please let us know on arrival if you would prefer not to appear. Guests are asked not to record the guided meditations.

• Venue – venue rules and staff directions apply at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest behaving disruptively, without refund.

• Privacy – your details are used only for event communications and are not shared with third parties.
