All bookings in the South East View include a two-hour dining experience. Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of our Ground Floor Bar both before and after their allocated seating time.

Your booking includes access to our gourmet Christmas buffet, offering a premium selection of self-serve and carvery-style dishes, accompanied by two hours of beverages — including wine, beer, soft drinks, and juice.

**Important Booking Terms:**

* Full payment is required at the time of booking.
* Bookings, including partial bookings, are **non-refundable within 60 days of 25 December 2025**.
* Cancellations made **after payment and prior to the 60-day non-refundable window** will incur a **$50 administration fee**.
