By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Bonanza Bingo.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person before the event.
Every ticket includes one starter plant (while stocks last or a similar substitute if required).
Winners choose from the available prizes for each round. If multiple players call "Bingo" on the same game, a fair tie-break will determine the winner.
Food and drinks are available for purchase from Urban Ground and are not included in the ticket price.
This event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Please let us know on arrival if you do not wish to appear in photos.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time to check in and collect your bingo book. Game will commence at the designated time and will not be held for late arrivals.
Plant Disclaimer: Plants are living products and may not be suitable for everyone. Guests are responsible for ensuring any plants they take home are appropriate for their household, including children and pets. If you have known plant or pollen allergies, please take appropriate care when handling plants.

Bonanza Bingo is not responsible for allergic reactions or issues arising from the handling or care of plants after they have been awarded.

Plants are awarded as prizes and may vary in species, size and appearance.
A suitable substitute may be provided if a particular plant becomes unavailable.
